What capture cards do you support?
We support Blackmagic, Magewell and Innogeni PCIe cards and USB dongles. These cards allow very broad spectrum of capturing/encoding out SDI and HDMI sources. If you like to support any other type of hardware send us a note (email@example.com)
What is the maximum frame size/format you can capture?
4K 60fps for SDI, 4K 30fps for HDMI. Some examples. 1) Blackmagic 12G-SDI card on Intel UHD630 GPU we can capture UHD 60fps and transcode to 12mb/s HEVC stream. 2) Innogeni 4K HDMI can capture 30fps stream and encode it to multibitate HLSv7 HEVC.
What input formats do you support?
RTP/UDP SPTS/MPTS; HLS; HTTP-TS; RTMP; SDI/HD-SDI; HDMI; SDP/Onvif; TS-files
Do you support Teletext?
Yes, we do. "Data track" field in a source setup is used to pass-through teletext.
Do you support audio gain changing?
Yes, we do. In a source setup you can increase or decrease volume level.
Do you support a backup source?
Yes, we do. Source setup menu has the "advanced source settings" where you can setup a backup source stream.
Do you support video cropping?
Yes, we do. You can crop the picture from all the sides. The setting is available in source setup.
Can you overlay an image or text to a source stream?
Yes, we can. Source setup has "overlay" option to overlay video, text or picture.
Do you support subtitles?
Yes, we do. We support DVB-subtitles pass-through and burn-in overlay.
Do you support FPS changing?
Yes, we do. You can set output FPS in video template.
